HR Admin Assistant (On-Site)

Position Summary :

Bridor USA is looking for an early-career Bilingual (Spanish / English) HR Admin Assistant with 1 to 3 years of experience to provide administrative support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment . This role will be based at our Bridgeport facility, where you'll support the HR team with administrative tasks while assisting employees. If you enjoy administrative support work in a long-term office-based role and possess strong customer service skills , this position is ideal for you. Fluency in Spanish is essential for effective communication with our diverse team.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Provide administrative HR support to employees at the manufacturing facility
  • Stay updated on employment laws , regulations, and company policies
  • Assist in recruiting manufacturing talent , including coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and conducting pre-employment screenings
  • Facilitate new hire benefits orientations and assist with annual insurance open enrollment
  • Lead new hire orientation , ensuring all onboarding training and compliance documents are completed
  • Support workplace investigations and maintain appropriate documentation
  • Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Maintain and update HR documents and forms as needed
  • Assist with other administrative tasks to support the HR team and the manufacturing facility

What We're Looking For :

  • 1 to 3 years of HR experience, or a relevant combination of education and experience
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel , and PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • A natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills , with the ability to interact positively with employees at all levels
  • Comfortable working in an office setting , providing support to the manufacturing facility with limited interaction with other areas of the business
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Work Schedule :

  • 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., Monday - Friday , with flexibility to start earlier or later as needed
