About the Role - Plant Operating Engineer
Responsibilities
- Quality & Food Safety : Ensure tasks meet product quality and food safety standards. Report deviations to QA promptly.
- Refrigeration System : Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues. Document all maintenance activities.
- Maintenance & Repairs : Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Fabricate parts and perform general facility upkeep, including plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
- Team Support : Assist with training new team members. Collaborate with the Plant Energy team to improve operations.
