Essential Job Functions
- Drive Bridor's annual goals for profitability, volume, new product launches, and more
- Seek and secure new business while nurturing existing accounts through stellar collaboration
- Cultivate powerful relationships with key industry players to ensure unstoppable growth
- Craft and adapt annual business plans to conquer category trends and competition
- Identify golden opportunities, both big and small, on an account-by-account basis
- Lead and support our talented broker representatives to achieve our sales objectives
- Offer valuable input on pricing, shelf placement, and more to skyrocket our products
- Team up with our finance experts to keep customer pricing sharp and up-to-date
- Keep an eagle eye on SKU forecasts, ensuring monthly accuracy
- Transform "opportunities" into "capabilities" through strategic business reviews
- Stay ahead of market strategies and share how they shape our journey
- Pave the way for new sales and profit opportunities to take Bridor to the next level
- Cultivate and maintain high-level connections with distributors, brokers, and accounts
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Marketing or related field
- 5-8 years of regional sales experience calling on Food Service or Grocery Retailers
- Proficiency in creating dazzling presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
- A knack for budgeting and forecasting
- Must show a working knowledge of marketing, analytics and customer development
- Negotiating and closing skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding analytical skills
- Experience in sales, preferably in the baking or other foodservice CPG industries
- Home office
- Expect a minimum 40-hour workweek with the occasional weekends!
- The travel required for the position is 50% - 70%. Automobile and air travel.
- Must possess valid motor vehicle operator’s license that is not under suspension or revocation and possess current automobile insurance coverage.
