The Midwest and Texas markets are integral to our expansion, and we need sales leaders to help drive Bridor’s continued success in the region.
JOB TITLE: Foodservice-Retail Regional Sales Manager
This position can be based physically in any of the following areas: Dallas, Houston, Austin, or San Antonio, Texas.
POSITION SUMMARY
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will work independently in your territory while staying connected with the broader sales team. Your primary focus will be to hunt for new business, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth in your designated region.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
🔹 Sales Development – Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with company goals. Stay ahead of market trends and competition.
🔹 New Business Acquisition – Proactively prospect, network, and target new accounts to expand our customer base.
🔹 Strategic Partnerships – Cultivate relationships with distributors, retailers, and key foodservice operators to grow market share.
🔹 Client Relationship Management – Maintain strong relationships with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and foodservice providers.
🔹 Market Expansion – Identify new business opportunities and execute growth strategies in the region.
🔹 Industry Networking – Represent Bridor at trade shows and industry events.
🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams.
🔹 Independent & Team-Oriented Work – Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work remotely while staying connected with the team.
🔹 Travel as Needed (40–60%) – Be on the ground, meeting customers and closing deals.
WHAT YOU BRING
✔ 5 to 10 years of progressive sales experience in wholesale, retail, foodservice, or CPG
✔ Proven track record of career progression – We want to see steady growth in your roles and responsibilities
✔ Go-getter mentality – Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented
✔ Must be physically located in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, or San Antonio
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Culinary (preferred)
✔ Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Experience in bakery, specialty food, or premium CPG sales is a plus
✔ Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
✔ Proficiency in CRM software & sales tracking tools
✔ Passion for sampling the world’s best Danishes, Croissants, and Breads!
TECHNICAL SKILLS
💻 Proficient in Microsoft Teams, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
📊 Experience with sales tracking software & forecasting tools
🛡️ Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and BRC compliance
