Job Summary:
The Recruitment Coordinator / Sourcer is a part-time, temporary position focused on sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and marketing job opportunities across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other social media platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing candidates and creating marketing campaigns to attract top talent.

Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other social media platforms
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews
- Create and manage social media campaigns to market job opportunities and attract talent
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements:
- Passion for talent acquisition and creating a positive candidate experience
- Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, follow directions, and meet deadlines
- Persuasive communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Teams and OneNote
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other social media marketing platforms is a plus
- Experience with Adobe is helpful

Job Details:
Schedule: On-site, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday (Up to 25 hours/week).
Duration: 4–6 months
Pay: $22–$23 per hour (DOE)
Note: Temporary contract position (no benefits)
