Our boutique Staffing & Recruiting firm in Stamford, CT is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Sourcer to join our expanding team! You'll play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent for our diverse client base within the IT, Finance/Accounting, and Healthcare industries. Open to considering candidates who are new college graduates or current college student’s seeking a paid internship credits!
- Position: Entry Level – Sourcer
- Location: Stamford, CT
- Schedule: Monday – Friday / 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
- Salary: $20 per hour commissions
What You'll Do:
- Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media, to source potential candidates.
- Craft engaging outreach messages to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Maintain the company’s candidate database.
