Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing capital projects, including planning, budgeting, and executing projects from initiation to close-out.
Key Requirements:
- Develop comprehensive project plans and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, local building codes, and safe work practices.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and 7-10 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous project engineering experience is required, with experience in plant reliability, Lean/continuous improvement, AutoCAD, or similar software preferred.
