About Us: Fluid Marine is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to manufacture and sale of vessels specifically designed for law enforcement, flood rescue and military applications. We are seeking a versatile and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. This role reports to the president and is essential in ensuring our marketing efforts dovetail with our sales team’s activities, driving brand recognition and maximize opportunity to grow our business.
POSITION SUMMARY
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional items.
- Drive targeted email campaigns.
- Manage creative efforts, keep website current and SEO responsive.
- Monitor and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance.
- Support the organization of marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
- Assist management of office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Coordinate and manage office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Support executives and other team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Proven experience in marketing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with social media management and marketing tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business management experience in a fast paced or startup entity
- Experience with ERP and other software solutions with automated customer entry and fulfillment
- Experience with social media, marketing strategy and graphic design or familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
