We’re looking for Agricultural Account Executives who know their way around a truck and can connect with customers from all walks of life, from farmers and ranchers to young families and business owners.

What You’ll Do

  • Sell a wide range of vehicles, truck beds, trailers, and accessories tailored to agricultural and rural customers.
  • Drive sales growth of truck beds, trailers, and accessories tailored to ag customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals, families, business owners, dealers, and fleet managers across your territory.
  • Use your agricultural background to speak the language of farmers, ranchers, and equipment pros.
  • Represent the Heartland brand at ag expos, county fairs, dealership events, and community gatherings.
  • Manage leads, close deals, and hit your sales targets in a competitive, supportive environment.
  • Partner with our finance, service, and support teams to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience from start to finish.

Who You Are

  • You're a recent or upcoming graduate in Ag Business, Agriculture, Ag Econ, Animal Science, Business, or a related field - or someone with solid sales or customer service chops.
  • Raised in or familiar with ag life - you “speak the language” of farmers, ranchers, and rural communities.
  • A natural people person who builds trust quickly and thrives on connection.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and ready to earn what you’re worth.
  • Passionate about vehicles, equipment, and helping customers find exactly what fits their needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
