We are looking for a dedicated Insurance Account Executive to join our Lawrence and Tonganoxie offices. As an integral part of our team, you will deliver exceptional service to our clients, focusing on Personal, Commercial, Farm, Crop, and Life insurance products. With multiple locations across Kansas, our agency represents several leading insurance carriers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, willingness to learn, and a desire to grow within the industry. While prior experience is desirable, it is not required. We offer comprehensive training and support to help you obtain your insurance license and succeed in this role.
Responsibilities :
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Manage client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarifications.
- Coordinate daily workflow with internal staff and agents.
- Achieve mutually agreed marketing goals and promote Kansas Insurance online presences.
- Assist clients with policy-related questions, resolve issues, and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Utilize our agency management system, Applied Epic, proficiently.
- Conduct policy quoting, binding, issuing, and new / renewal marketing activities.
- Oversee daily account management tasks such as processing policies / endorsements, invoicing, certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, policy changes, and coverage comparisons.
- Maintain accurate client records in our agency database.
- Collaborate with insurance company underwriters to obtain timely and accurate quotes.
