Brigham Healthcare and Rehab has immediate openings for a licensed nurse unit manager (RN / LPN) looking to work in our Long-Term Care Facility in Newburyport, MA. The Unit Manager acts as an extension of the Director of Nursing for the unit they are responsible for. This person will coordinate with the nursing and infection control teams the continuous compliance of staff with policies and procedures and any annual trainings. This person will be the ambassador to our nursing staff, management and residents and will follow all QAPI procedures and assessments. This person will perform other duties as assigned in the job description.
