Recruitment Specialist
Join our team as an Engineering Career and Recruitment Specialist! You'll support the Assistant Dean of Engineering and the Engineering Career Directors by strengthening employer relationships, organizing events, and ensuring a great employer engagement experience. If you're ready to contribute to our team's success, we'd love to hear from you!
What you'll do in this position :
- Create Exceptional Employer Experiences : Support our team in delivering top-notch engagement experiences for employers.
- Manage Outreach : Keep our employer outreach calendar organized, ensure the team stays on track, and communicate effectively.
- Drive Team Success : Identify ways to help the team achieve their employer engagement goals and objectives.
- Facilitate Communication : Schedule and attend meetings to understand priorities, improve workflow, and keep everyone informed.
- Plan Engaging Events : Organize events that connect employers with our students, including panels, meetups, and site visits.
- Prepare for Industry Interactions : Research companies to create detailed Employer Information Sheets and provide logistical support for various engagement activities.
