Seeking a Clinical Recruitment & Retention Administrator in Provo, Utah with the ability to successfully recruit and retain high-quality clinical rotation sites that align with Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine's curriculum needs!
This position focuses on building relationships with physicians, healthcare executives and administrators to expand clinical training opportunities, particularly in high-demand specialties such as Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, General Surgery, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Psychiatry. The role requires strong marketing and networking skills to secure rotation sites that provide interaction with residents and align with ACGME-accredited programs and fulfill the requirements set forth by The Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and sustain partnerships with independent physicians and groups.
- Conduct site visits to assess and maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate on affiliation agreements and strategic recruitment efforts.
- Execute targeted outreach and marketing initiatives to promote clinical education programs.
- Represent the organization at conferences and professional events.
- Manage a database of clinical sites, preceptors, and compliance records.
- Monitor trends in UME / GME and support GME development initiatives.
- Ideal candidates will have experience in medical education, relationship management, and strategic outreach.
