We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood learning.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social skills and emotional growth.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Collaborate with other staff members to support the overall development of each child.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is highly desirable. One year MINIMUM!
- Must have potty training Experience.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively, including behavior management strategies.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A nurturing attitude and patience when working with young children.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred but not required.
