As our Social Media Manager , you’ll lead our efforts in creating and executing high-impact social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. You’ll drive audience engagement, content creation, and community interaction while ensuring our messaging is consistent and compelling. Key Responsibilities :

Social Media Strategy : Develop, execute, and optimize social media strategies that align with our brand, audience, and business goals.
Content Creation & Curation : Create engaging, original content (photos, videos, captions, stories, and blogs) tailored to each social media platform, with a focus on storytelling.
Community Engagement : Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions. Build relationships and foster a positive online community.
Paid Social Media Campaigns : Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across various platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), optimizing for ROI and growth.
Performance Tracking & Reporting : Analyze social media metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
Trend Awareness : Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure our strategy is innovative and on point.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure that all social media initiatives are aligned with larger marketing goals.

Qualifications :

Proven ability to create engaging content and manage multiple social media platforms.

Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms.

Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

Creative, with an eye for visual content and storytelling.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.

Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
