What You’ll Do
As ourReceptionist, you’ll be the welcoming presence at the front of the office while managing essential administrative duties. You’ll ensure daily operations flow smoothly and that every visitor and team member feels acknowledged and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly attitude
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails, taking accurate messages when needed
- Manage the flow of mail, deliveries, and packages
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and calendar updates
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the front desk and lobby area
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies
- Act as a point of contact for internal team needs and support requests
- Assist with office coordination and special projects as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or administrative training is a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
- Strong communication skills—confident, courteous, and clear in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office tools
- Professional appearance and a warm, approachable demeanor
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
