Job Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing contractor safety plans for compliance
- Recording safety statistics and completing accident reports
- Ensuring safety on job sites
- Reviewing and analyzing contractor quality plans
- Managing work corrections
- Monitoring progress and ensuring timely deliverables
- Reviewing bids for compliance with scope
- Reviewing vendor drawings and submittals
- Preparing and distributing daily reports
- Prioritizing and effectively managing time
- Collaborating with subcontractors, engineers, and key team members
- Coordinating required inspections with local authorities
Desired qualifications:
- Project professionalism with team members and coordinate multiple trades simultaneously
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience on projects to at least $2 million
- Comfortable reviewing details with contractors
- Demonstrated comprehension of project specific safety plans
- Strong understanding of construction operation and processes
- Must be able to travel to the jobsites
- Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment
- A background in infrastructure work
- Basic knowledge of MS Office. Familiar with construction and project management software programs such as HeavyJob
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation and management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Between $105,000 - $125,000 per year based upon experience/performance
