Looking to hire 1 employee to work approximately 20-32 hours per week
Shifts:
PM Shifts - Lodi
OPEN AVAILABILITY IS IDEAL
Employee must be eligible to transport consumers under our insurance
The ideal candidate has OPEN availability meaning they are able and willing to work any open shifts
Lodi Location: is a specialized home that works with Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities who are learning independent living skills and healthy living skills
Stockton Location: is a specialized home that works with Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities who are learning independent living skills and have behavior excesses
We are looking for employees who are dependable, team players, creative, willing to learn, flexible, and good communicators. The consumers have a range of disabilities and enjoy going out into the community.

Pay increases for employees who have DSP 1, DSP 2 and who are elgible to transport consumers in a company vehicle
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Include but are not limited to:
Skill teaching implementation
Assisting the clients in accessing community resources - going on outings
Assistance with self administration of medication
Clear and thorough note taking
Assisting clients in working on IPP objective
House cleaning
Cooking
Continuing education courses
Behavior plan implementation
Data collection
Assisting with hygiene tasks
MUST HAVE -
Current TB and Physical (within the last 12 months) or access to completing
Current Drivers License (preferred)
Current CPR
Current First Aid
Clear Fingerprints
BONUS if you have –
DSP Year 1 and/or 2
Behavior Management training (i.e. PART, ProACT, MAB, CPI) if you don’t have a certificate in crisis management you must receive before working with the residents, this can be provided by us.
