Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate candidate to work one-on-one to provider support to individuals and there families . The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving and possess a strong understanding of various learning styles. This role requires patience, empathy, and the ability to create a positive learning environment for individuals with diverse needs.
Responsibilities
- Assess individual student needs and develop tailored tutoring plans to enhance their learning experience.
- Provide one-on-one or small group instruction in various subjects, ensuring comprehension and retention of material.
- Support clients in achieving personal goals and increasing independence through skill development.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes confidence and engagement.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to the student's education.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding achievements and areas for improvement.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children
- Skills in social work or home health environments are a plus.
- Certification in CPR is desirable.
