The role also involves being the system analyst for the Electronic Health Record (EHR), collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement system solutions that improve EHR efficiency and effectiveness, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with the mission of providing high-quality behavioral health services. Additionally, the analyst examines healthcare data to identify unmet needs, assess interventions, streamline processes, and improve outcomes across various population cohorts.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct data mining and gather relevant information from multiple sources
- Manage and organize data sets from various database management systems
- Identify and analyze patterns, trends, and relationships within the data
- Generate concise reports that highlight key insights and findings
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear conclusions
- Present data in graphical formats that effectively visualize patterns and relationships, conveying key narratives embedded in the data
- Develop professional messaging and presentations to communicate findings
- Collaborate as part of a team to facilitate discussions and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure full compliance with federal and state data privacy regulations
- A master's degree or a bachelor's degree in healthcare data analytics or similar degree and
- Two years of experience working with qualitative and quantitative data in a healthcare or social services setting
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and working as part of a dynamic team
- Creative thinking, interpersonal skills, and time management
- Experience with Microsoft Office, with a high level of expertise with Excel and graphics tools
- Proficiency in data analytics, mining and use of visualization tools like Tableau, Sisense, and more to support interpretation of data and messaging
- Knowledge of the health sector and experience with the use of EHRs to analyze and experience with quantitative and quantitative data, medical terminology, and medical billing
