What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Classroom Support position at Bright Haven Children's Learning Center?
Bright Haven Children's Learning Center, a Better Beginnings facility, is looking for classroom support staff who are passionate about educating the next generation through loving guidance and engaging learning activities. As a school family it is important to us that we provide a supportive working environment through training, coaching, and friendly supervisor/management relationships. It is our goal that those we work with feel successful and love what they do.
Candidates must have a desire to do what is in the best interest of children. Ability to work with children with varying abilities and self-regulation skills preferred. Previous experience is desirable but not required. Both educational background and experience considered for compensation. $300.00 sign-on bonus upon completion of orientation requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Child interaction and engagement
- Playing
- Conscious Discipline implementation
- Sanitation/Housekeeping duties
- Potty training/help toileting
- 30 Hours per year of continuing education required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
