Job Description
As an Associate Teacher at Bright Horizons, you will work alongside another Child Care Teacher in the classroom to create a safe and engaging learning environment for young children. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with hands-on activities tailored to meet the needs and interests of the children.
- Communicating daily with parents to document and share important milestones in their child's day.
- Maintaining a clean and organized classroom by following established procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have demonstrated experience working with children, preferably in childcare, daycare, or preschool settings.
- Possess early childhood coursework, CDA certification, or a related degree (preferred).
