We are seeking passionate and dedicated substitute teachers to join our team in San Francisco. As a Bright Horizons substitute teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and their families.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, with experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. The successful candidate will be able to create engaging lesson plans, build strong relationships with parents, and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement inclusive activities that promote social-emotional growth and development

• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to state and company requirements

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement classroom programs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field preferred

• 1 year of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool settings

• Knowledge of child development principles and practices

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team

Bright Horizons offers a competitive hourly rate of $20.40 - $25.40, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.
