Responsibilities:
Design and implement inclusive activities that promote social-emotional growth and development
Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to state and company requirements
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement classroom programs
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field preferred
1 year of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool settings
Knowledge of child development principles and practices
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
