Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and educational activities.
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by following health and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns.
- Assist children with daily routines, including personal hygiene and meal times.
- Foster social skills through group activities and encourage positive interactions among children.
- Monitor children's behavior to ensure compliance with rules and promote positive discipline techniques.
- Must be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Fingerprint background/criminal background checks required as we work with children.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.50 - $14.25 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
