Role Description
This is a fulltime (contract / contract to hire) onsite role for an Information Technology Support Technician located in Carlsbad CA. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to endusers troubleshooting desktop computers offering printer support and performing computer repairs.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Desktop Computers and Printer Support
- Higher education experience with PC and Mac experience
- Apple support experience iOS and Mac OS.
- Experience with Office 365
- Experience with Active Directory and setting up new users
- Executive support experience a plus but not required
- High customer service level skills white glove approach
- White Glove approach
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A preferred
