Duties And Responsibilities
- Configure and design business technology platforms.
- Identify opportunities to automate and standardize business processes using emerging technologies.
- Educate the IT team on business goals and facilitate alignment between business functions and IT from initial requirements gathering to implementation.
- Ensure process conformity and compliance; drive development of business and technical process documentation and training materials.
- Convert functional specifications into technical specifications in collaboration with developers.
- Gather and analyze information to define work scope, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between business divisions/functions and IT for projects and system enhancements.
- Conduct problem analysis, formulate hypotheses, and validate technical solutions.
