DESCRIPTION
Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the finance department, including managing financial records, oversight of T&E system, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing general office duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the finance team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversight of time and expense entry and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Maintaining financial records and data rooms, including data entry and reconciliation.
- Assisting with budget preparation and tracking, generating reports as needed.
- Coordinating meetings for finance leadership and other members of the management team.
- Coordinating travel arrangements for finance leadership and other members of the management team.
- Track and reconcile travel expenses and budgets.
- Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes.
- Filing and maintaining important financial documents.
- Ordering and managing inventory of office supplies for all Little Leaf greenhouse locations
- Draft and distribute communications on behalf of the finance team.
- Generating financial reports and presentations as required.
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Ensuring adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate financial records for audit purposes.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred; at least 2 years of college experience required
- 3 years professional work experience required
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite)
- Familiar with data room management, corporate data room and indexing
- Professional and executive presence
- Highly trustworthy, discreet and able to manage confidential and proprietary information
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Spanish language skills are a plus
Must be willing to travel approximately once a quarter for off site meetings.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
