As a Finance Department Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the finance leadership team, including preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the finance leadership team, including preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Manage financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assistant with budget preparation and tracking, generating reports as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for finance leadership and other members of the management team.
- Track and reconcile travel expenses and budgets.
- Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes.
- Filing and maintaining important financial documents.
- Ordering and managing inventory of office supplies for all locations.
- Draft and distribute communications on behalf of the finance team.
- Generating financial reports and presentations as required.
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate financial records for audit purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred; at least 2 years of college experience required.
- 3 years professional work experience required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite).
- Familiar with data room management, corporate data room and indexing.
- Professional and executive presence.
- Highly trustworthy, discreet and able to manage confidential and proprietary information.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
