Job Summary:
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly organized Onboarding and Compliance Consultant to support our US Staffing operations. This role focuses on immigration support, payroll processing, onboarding, and vendor-client coordination to ensure seamless operations and compliance with industry standards. Proficiency in JobDiva Financials is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Immigration & Compliance Support:
- Assist candidates with immigration processes, including collecting and verifying required documents.
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure timely and accurate filing of PERM applications, amendments, and LCAs for new projects.
Employee Onboarding & Support:
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including offer letter preparation and document verification.
- Support new hires in finding housing and transitioning smoothly into their roles.
Payroll & Timesheet Management:
- Process payroll accurately using JobDiva Financials and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Follow up with employees to collect timesheets and resolve discrepancies.
Vendor & Client Coordination:
- Send invoices to vendors and clients through JobDiva Financials; follow up on payments to ensure timely transactions.
- Address and resolve invoice-related issues or concerns.
Administrative & Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between candidates, legal teams, and internal teams to streamline operations.
- Maintain accurate records of employee and financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in US staffing operations, financial consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of immigration processes, payroll systems, and compliance standards in the US staffing industry.
- Proficiency in JobDiva Financials and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
