Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk
Principal Job Duties:
- Process and enter invoices, matching them to purchase orders and receipts
- Reconcile statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Prepare, cut, and mail checks to vendors and service providers in a timely manner
- Generate and send customer invoices, apply payments, and reconcile accounts
- Manage, record, reconcile, and replenish petty cash
- Collect, verify, and process bi-weekly payroll
- Maintain required payroll files and records
- Provide office support in various functions such as proper documentation filing, mailing assistance, and other duties as needed
Nice to Have:
- Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable or similar finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Job Pay:
- Minimum starting salary is $20 per hour.
- Canidates with relevant skills and experience may qualify for a higher compensation package.
