Program Overview
Brighter Path Montgomery is an intensive residential treatment facility providing an array of gender specific, evidenced based and trauma informed services for females, ages 12-18, with serious and/or chronic emotional and/or behavioral management problems that interfere with the child’s ability to function in the family, school and/or community setting outside of a residential environment.
The Job
The Clinical Director is the licensed staff person with training specifically in Mental Health services coordination and is responsible to ensure coordination and implementation of treatment plans and service delivery for youth requiring Mental Health, Substance Abuse, or other specialized services. This person is also responsible for the delivery of direct clinical services for clients; is responsible for providing clinical supervision to treatment staff, educational staff, and clinical consultations to BPM; performs outcome studies for BPM; and prepares and conducts psychometric testing with evaluation and clinical interviews.
You must have a Master's degree and be licensed as either an LBSW, LMSW, or LPC.
