We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Medical Device Security Penetration
Tester to join our team. You will be responsible for performing penetration testing and
vulnerability research on a medical device system, ensuring its security and compliance with
FDA regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security principles, a
proven track record in penetration testing, and a passion for ensuring the safety and security of
medical devices.
Requirements :
- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related
- technical field.
- Experience : 3 years of experience in penetration testing, with demonstrated
- experience testing embedded systems or medical devices strongly preferred.
- Operating Systems : Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Programming : Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C , C#, or
- Python.
- Penetration Testing Tools : Hands-on experience with industry-standard penetration
- testing tools and frameworks, such as Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus.
- Hardware Hacking : Familiarity with hardware hacking techniques.
- Network Security : Strong understanding of network security principles, protocols
- TCP / IP, UDP), and experience with network penetration testing techniques. Experience
- with medical-specific protocols like DICOM and HL7 is a plus.
