Join our Atlanta team as a Strategist to engage in pioneering projects that set industry standards and drive meaningful change.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct and support various research activities, including desk research, developing interview questionnaires, identifying subject matter experts (Luminaries), coordinating interviews, and actively participating in discussions.

· Assist in stakeholder interviews by taking detailed notes and synthesizing key insights into meaningful themes.

· Organize research findings by developing quote databases, preparing for ideation sessions, and clearly articulating core topics.

· Contribute to the creation of compelling, content-rich presentations by structuring narratives, ensuring clarity, and maintaining high editorial standards.

· Support project management by efficiently planning, prioritizing, and executing tasks to ensure productivity and smooth workflows.

· Assist in developing case studies, white papers, proposals, and pitch decks to communicate insights effectively.

· Actively participate in project ideation sessions, offering meaningful and relevant contributions.

· Continuously bring in fresh perspectives by researching and sharing relevant books, articles, press releases, and speeches related to clients and industry trends.

· Screen and prepare potential Luminaries for engagement in various projects.

· Provide guidance and mentorship to interns, fostering their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree

· Summer internship experience in strategy, consulting, purpose, a corporate environment, or other relevant experience preferred

· Experience working in a creative environment or capacity preferred

· Ability to deep dive into key topics, synthesize and drive to insights, and meld analytical and creative thinking

· Confident thinker, communicator, writer, and presenter and open to continued learning and growth

· Adept at qualitative research and developing PowerPoint deliverables

· A true team player – able to work with multiple teams on multiple projects and internal needs simultaneously

· High level of organization, with attention to detail across many moving parts

· Passion for meaningful projects that exhibit purpose and positive societal impact
