General Duties and Responsibilities :
Identify and upload / create artwork, articles, and other items to the Company's digital marketing to keep them current and relevant
Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including content development, ads, posts, images, and videos
Manage the Company's online reputation by tracking and coordinating feedback from various social media websites and ensuring follow-up
Coordinate model home photography for all divisions
Perform market research, including industry trends, competitive information, and competitors' marketing efforts, and perform market analysis
Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy
Assist in administering promotions and monitor / track ad performance; make recommendations based on information gathered
Identify and develop new approaches to the Company's digital marketing
Develop and expand digital audiences
Oversee ad and post design
Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of digital campaigns
Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 2 years of professional work experience
Highly skilled in the use and administration of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, X, etc.
Desire to learn and grow in the marketing field
Knowledge of practices and procedures for conducting market research
Strong customer service skills
Advanced Excel skills
Detail-oriented and precise in work product
Highly creative
Highly organized
Able to multitask and see projects through to completion
Strong time management skills
Able to develop and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships
