The Company is currently seeking a Starts Administrator to expedite construction starts from notification to final release to construction.
Salary range: $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year

General Duties and Responsibilities:
Order permits and track permit receipt
Coordinate with Sales Department and Division President to identify homes to be started
Communicate homes to be started to the Purchasing Department so purchase orders can be created
Compile plans, permits, blueprints and other information necessary to prepare a start packet for construction and distribute those packets
Identify and communicate problems to management
Continuously identify opportunities to create efficiencies in processes and procedures
Track the progress of starts through each stage so correct status information can be communicated to management
Maintain necessary documents, electronic files, status logs and reports
Various administrative duties
Qualifications:
Minimum One Year Of Experience In Homebuilding Industry
Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Excel
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Highly accurate and detail-oriented
Strong organizational skills
Able to multi-task, meet deadlines and see projects through to completion
High school diploma or equivalent
