Are you passionate about working with youth in a therapeutic setting? Do you have leadership experience and the ability to guide and support staff through challenging situations? Join our team at Preferred Family Healthcare as a Lead Advanced Residential Support Staff!
As a Lead Advanced Residential Support Staff, you will be responsible for leading staff and clients through their shift successfully. You will ensure that all shift tasks are assigned and completed while working closely with leadership and the activities coordinator to develop and implement schedules and activities for youth. You will be a key member of our team, promoting a safe and transformative environment for both staff and clients.
