Your Purpose
As the Manager of Ground Transportation & Baggage, you will be key to creating seamless baggage and parking experiences for our guests and providing consistency around the network. You will oversee multiple vendors and partner with Brightline's station leadership to ensure that those teammates are supported and equipped to educate guests on baggage and parking services to continually evolve our operation. Your Role
- Operations Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations for ancillary revenue product lines, including managing the vendor relationship, supervision of in-station roles to meet productivity goals, and analysis of overall product line performance. Currently, this includes managing and coordinating all ground transportation services, including ridesharing, shuttles, and rental car operations, carry-on/checked baggage, strollers/wheelchairs, sports equipment, pets/service animals, bag storage, and bag delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Responsible for quality checks for each station across the system weekly, report any maintenance, repair, and equipment issues, and ensure compliance with safety and security regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures across all product lines ensuring compliance with station regulations and local transportation laws.
- Operational Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and increase revenue. Develop action plans to address issues, suggesting changes to enhance productivity and innovation.
- Guest Experience: Implement and maintain high standards of guest service, resolving guest complaints and issues promptly. Assist in preparing financial and sales/marketing reports for Commercial weekly and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
- Project Management: Manage execution of various projects including maintaining constant communication with our Parking and Baggage third-party vendors.
- Data Analysis: Establishes and adjusts pricing and product mix by monitoring costs, booking trends, distribution channels, competition, and supply and demand.

Your Qualifications
- 3 years' professional experience in an operations management role at a rideshare, scooter share, public transit, rental car, final mile logistics, parking or other transportation-focused company with multi-unit responsibility.
- At least 3 years experience in the Aviation / transportation, baggage material-handling and/or passenger boarding bridge industry
- Experience leading and training a team of guest-facing hourly teammates
- Experience pulling and analyzing data from various sources.
- Experience using data to make business or operational recommendations
- Willingness to work in the field at least 70% of the time and travel across Brightline's footprint across Miami to Orlando.
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs; Stooping, pushing wheelchairs and heavy baggage carts up to 500 lbs; Pulling, reaching, and being on your feet for hours on end is something you embrace and are able to do.
