Your Purpose

As an essential member of the Brightline Station Operations team you are an integral part of our guests’ journey by preparing a delicious coffee or helping them relax with a glass of wine before returning home.

Your Role

• Baggage Handling You are responsible for the safe handling of guest baggage and personal items through the station. This includes ensuring Company procedures are properly followed, while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Computer Literacy You are comfortable navigating across various computer applications to help our guests
• Guest Empathy You play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests, anticipating and helping them navigate the various needs they may have before boarding or after arriving.

You

• Standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs frequently, stooping, pushing wheelchairs and heavy baggage carts up to 500 lbs, pulling, reaching and being on your feet for hours on end, is something you embrace and are able to do.
• When a problem arises, you find yourself being able to come up with a timely solution.
• While you don’t have to be a mathematician, you possess basic math skills.
• You are a minimum of 18 years old.
• You are able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
