Brighton House Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, located in Brighton, is currently seeking a Full Time Nurse Unit Manager ! Our team is growing and we are seeking new talented and goal-driven nurses to get on board!!! Our compassionate and experienced staff will help you reach your maximum potential in this role. Brighton House is a beautiful facility filled with friendly faces and new opportunities!

    • Requirements for Nurse Unit Manager :

  • Current Massachusetts nursing License (RN or LPN)
  • Experience with electronic medical record

    • PointClickCare (PCC) preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid leadership abilities

    • Job Duties for Nurse Unit Manager :

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Mentor RN / LPN Staff Nurses
  • Provide guidance to our Nursing Assistants
  • Monitor training for new orients
  • Ensure continual delivery of high-quality nursing care
  • Implement infection control updates
  • Greet new admissions and participate in discharge planning
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
  • Direct workflow efficiently within time constraints
  • Contribute to QAPI analysis and initiatives

    • The successful Nurse Unit Manager candidate will report to the Director of Nursing and collaborate with our Assistant Director of Nursing and Staff Development Coordinator to foster patient-centered nursing care.
