About the Role - This Sales Account Coordinator would have with 1-5 years professional experience in Technical/Engineering Customer Support, Account Management or Inside Sales to serve as a critical contributor in the ongoing success and account relationship of existing clients. In this role, you will be acting as Sales Account Coordinator / Account Manager - nurturing existing relationships by delivering high quality, timely and accurate client responses to new order enquiries, support questions, order fulfillment and ongoing client relationship management.
Key Attributes and Skills Include:
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- The ability to interest on technical product related matters and the ability to work closely with your technical teams to best understand technical capabilities, manufacturing sales cycles and product delivery (including logistics)
- An Associates degree in a Technical, Engineering or Business would be a benefit
- 1-5 years experience in relatable areas - such as inside sales, customer advocacy, account management in a technical arena
