Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician

Job Summary:

Our Client is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for our commercial clients in a defined market. As a key member of our team, you'll commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in a commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with team leaders, project managers, and customers to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional customer service
• Represent the company as the direct customer contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving equipment and system issues
• Utilize cutting-edge software and technology, along with hand tools, to diagnose and repair units
• Maintain flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays as required
• Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company assets

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical school or formal training preferred
• 5 years of experience in HVAC
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with handheld computers
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• EPA Certification
