Production Team Lead

Job Summary:

Lead and manage production staff to achieve productivity and quality objectives. Oversee plant operations, ensure equipment efficiency, and implement process improvements. Collaborate with various departments to drive continuous improvement and guarantee compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Staff Management: Supervise and train production staff to ensure effective operations and autonomy.
2. Production Planning: Coordinate daily production activities, manage resources, and optimize workflows.
3. Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with company standards, report incidents, and participate in risk assessments.
4. Process Improvement: Collaborate with departments to implement process improvements, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
5. Communication: Provide timely information to stakeholders, facilitate shift handovers, and ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and results-driven approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
