Key Responsabilities:
- Establish facilities and processes required to launch operations in the facility
- Oversee daily manufacturing and training operations to ensure efficient processes
- Develop and implement production schedules
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
What you bring:
- 5 years’ experience in maritime and defense manufacturing industry in a supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing with advanced technologies and welding in maritime industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with maritime regulations and industry standards
- Bachelor degree or similar level of experience
Must have skills:
- Defense metal fabrication experience and preferably in the shipbuilding space.
- Demonstrated leadership of site or major project, preferably in the shipbuilding area or facilities establishment for defense manufacturing.
- Trust- clean background with demonstrated independent operations.
