Job Summary:
We are seeking a Real Property Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee recurring and preventive maintenance programs for facilities, utility systems, fuel infrastructure, power production, airfield lighting, and safety systems. This role ensures operational excellence, compliance with safety standards, and effective coordination with stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead facility maintenance operations, including service calls, preventive maintenance, and asset upkeep.
- Oversee utility plant operations, fire suppression systems, airfield lighting, and aircraft arresting systems.
- Manage warehouse, work reception, and personnel tasks such as scheduling, performance reviews, and safety training.
- Ensure safety compliance, maintain manuals, conduct site inspections, and host safety meetings.
- Prepare cost estimates, track budgets, support vendor/subcontractor selection, and coordinate with clients and project teams.
- Maintain documentation for compliance, training, and operational reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10 years in facilities construction, utilities maintenance, or operations; 6 years in a managerial capacity.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and MP-2 systems.
- Certifications: Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain security clearance.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Other Information:
- Must be available 24/7 for emergency response (within 30 minutes during duty hours, 1 hour after hours).
- Physical requirements include frequent walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, and working in various environments.
- Designated as essential personnel during emergencies.
