Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with EHS regulations, developing and implementing EHS policies and procedures, conducting regular training sessions, and collaborating with management and plant team members to build a strong safety culture.
- A bachelor's degree in EHS and three to five years of experience are preferred.
- Familiarity with EHS concepts, practices, and procedures, including OSHA, DOT, DOL, and environmental laws.
- The successful candidate will be able to create an EHS-focused environment and embed it in everyday behaviors.
- Excellent written communication skills, bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English), and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are also required.
Responsibilities:
