**Job Summary**
Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining a strong proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance with applicable EHS regulations.
- A bachelor's degree in an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) field is preferred, along with three to five years of experience.
- Familiarity with various EHS concepts, practices, and procedures, including knowledge of OSHA, DOT, DOL, environmental laws, and other EHS laws is essential.
- The successful candidate will be able to create an environment where EHS is a top priority and embedded in everyday behaviors.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and excellent written communication skills are also required.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency is preferred.
