- Conduct title searches and review property documents
- Coordinate closings and ensure timely completion of transactions
- Review mortgage documents and assist with litigation matters
- Prepare and draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of real estate law and transactions
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to conduct title searches and review property documents
- Experience with preparing legal documents, contracts, and litigation
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Paralegal certification or relevant degree is a plus
