About the Role
As a transaction processor III, you will be supporting our clients customers as a first point of contact. In this role, you will be responsible to client inquiries on a timely basis , providing product information, and help the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customers problem. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
