We’re seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA, to join BrightPath Behavior as an Assistant Clinic Director (BCBA). This leadership role offers the opportunity to provide direct care, oversee clinical operations, and mentor staff in a dynamic, child-focused environment while contributing to our innovative and collaborative team.

Your Role as an Assistant Clinic Director:
In this role, you’ll combine your clinical expertise and leadership skills to oversee a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff while maintaining a partial caseload. You’ll mentor and develop staff, manage daily clinic operations, and ensure delivery of exceptional ABA services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and manage a partial clinical caseload.
- Supervise and mentor a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Ensure delivery of ABA services that enhance clients' cognitive, social, and self-help skills.
- Support caregiver engagement through regular updates, feedback, and training.
- Ensure compliance with BACB standards and funding source requirements.
- Assist in creating master schedules for client therapy sessions.
- Lead staff training, professional development, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive clinic culture focused on collaboration, clinical excellence, and client success.
- Support clinic growth through community outreach and engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership on organizational projects to improve programs and service delivery.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
- Must maintain Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and LBA in good standing
- Qualify for Supervisor status under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a BCBA, with supervisory experience highly valued.
- Strong communication, planning, time management, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a background check.
- Physically able to work on the floor with children while providing therapy (sit, stand, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs.).
- Must qualify for approved credentials with designated insurance carriers
- Valid, current driver’s license & current car insurance on vehicle
- CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for helping children achieve their full potential in diverse environments
- Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Location: Colorado Springs, CO – Academy Blvd. Applicants must be able to reliably commute or relocate with employer-provided assistance.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $91,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
