In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging and challenging curricula that meet the needs of all learners. You will also maintain a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class, and communicate regularly with parents, in person and through technology.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field. Alternatively, you may have a bachelor's degree with 30 credit hours in these fields and 1 year of experience with children, or an associate's degree with 2 years of experience, or an associate's degree with 30 credit hours and 3 years of experience.
